okay, thats mainly the reason why i posted this entry. haha.

CNY 2010! CNY feels different because 1. you get angpows just so that you can now afford to buy the iPhone(or whatever products) that you have been eyeing on for so long 2. you get to gorge yourself on all the bak kwa, pineapple tarts and worry about your weight another day 3. you have an excuse to buy & wear new clothes. my mom told me how CNY used to be a 'grand' event during her kampong days, but now? people are just relieved that they can enjoy the long CNY weekend ahead.

do you know what to call your cousins' children? for my side, we just call Auntie / Uncle i.e. treating your cousin like your own brother/sister so their child becomes your niece / nephew. but actually, this child is actually your cousins once removed. yes, it doesnt sound nice haha. so technically, the handsome boy above is my first cousins once removed. and his future child would be my first cousins twice removed. and so on. i didnt know that until tonight la! hahaha i'm such a nubcake.

i watched Valentine's Day. its a sweet movie whereby you get the typical happily-ever-after ending. the cast is the main factor that draws people into paying $10 for it. its the type of show which belongs to the watch-with-your-girlfriend category. and oh, taylor swift is a total bimbo. but taylor lautner is a himbo, so it makes them a matching couple. nonetheless i still love her songs hahahah.

i'm coerced into going for a bbq gathering tomorrow but i dont feel like going! i hope the guy's not reading this but pasir ris park is uber f.a.r.

Valentine's Day, Lunar New Year

Conflicting interests.

A middle-aged couple had their Valentine's Dinner in a romantic restaurant. Throughout the meal, they rarely talk. When their vision paths crossed, they only smile at each other. Is it because they have been married for so long, they can already read each other's mind, or have they simply run out of topics?

i'm typing this in the office right now. yes, COS, again, and it has to be on the last weekend before CNY, when the whole world is busy preparing for the new year - shopping, cleaning etc.

while i was shopping in the mall yesterday, i felt a sudden sharp pain in my left eye and it gave me a bad headache. there was even a point in time where i felt nauseous. the headache lasted quite long, like the period of time i spent walking from Ion G2000 to Esprit at Wisma. can someone tell me whats wrong?!?! i was pretty scared that i might collapse or go blind suddenly.

youtube's working on and off. just watched the first episode of 就想赖着你, it lacks the 'hooking' factor that attracts you to watching it, neither does it make you laugh your ass off like in 海派甜心, nor cry your lungs out in as in 下一站，幸福.

this is gonna be uber random. songminghan is gullible. just tell him that he has been activated and it'll send him rushing back to camp. try it, it works. hahahaha.

anyway, right now, there's a suspicious guy outside the office fixing the water cooler. this is weird, why would a repair man (if he is one) work on a Sunday?
